attention to it. Therefore, despite minor shortcomings, he certainly fits his position. Nobody is
perfect, in my opinion – one can be good only to a certain degree. Is it necessary to describe once
again his work with company network? It was quite well, and it caused raise of our productivity,
which was visible immediately. And what seems to be luck of respect towards senior employees
maybe just a sign of certain over-confidence, quite pardonable in a young man. Therefore, the
colleague can be advised to pay more attention to the shape of his project, but I am glad to conclude
that his steady progress in his work leads him straight to success.
