Delivery, Payment & Return

In Israel:

• Delivery by registered mail (דואר רשום) takes up to 14 work days. You will receive a tracking number in order to track your order. When the package is delivered to your nearest post office, you’ll receive notification and then you can collect the parcel.
• Home delivery (דואר שליחים) takes up to 3 work days if your place of residence is listed. Once the package is on its way you will receive a tracking number in order to track your order. If your place of residence is not listed, the delivery will take up to 14 days.
• You can also collect your order from our Tel Aviv or Haifa offices.

International Orders and Shipping:

• We send all international orders by registered mail. Delivery can take up to 30 days. Once the package is on its way you will receive a tracking number in order to track your order.

Returned items and refunds

​The return of items is governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection law of 1981. According to the law, educational literature and training materials are non-refundable or replaceable. In addition, a refund does not apply to items costing 50 NIS or less.

Terms of cancellation and refund
Cancellation of online test package

Cancellation of a purchased online test package must be done in writing to the mail from which the login data was sent, and within 5 calendar days from the date of purchase. Cancellation will only be accepted if the package has not been activated. Refunds are made within 14 work days from the receipt of the written request. A cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase fee will be charged.

Cancellation of a course

Cancellation of a purchased course is carried out in accordance with Israeli law (2008, paragraph 8), regulating the activities of companies involved in the preparation of candidates for the psychometric test:
A request to cancel participation in a course must be submitted in written form to the mail from which the login data was sent.

Refunds will be given according to the following conditions:

If the request is received within 30 or more days before the start of the course

• The entire sum will be refunded on condition that the fee was not paid by credit card and no training materials/access to online testing were received by the candidate.
• If the fee was paid by credit card but no training materials/access to online testing were received, there will be a cancellation fee of 5%.
• If the fee was not paid by credit card but the candidate has received training materials/access to online testing, the cost of those materials will be charged according to the price list.
• If the fee was paid by credit card and the candidate has received training materials/access to online testing, the cancellation fee will include 5% plus the cost of the materials according to the price list.

If the request is received less than 30 days before the start of the course, the cancellation fee will be charged according to the above conditions plus an additional 10%.

If the request is received after the start of the course but during the first third of its duration, the cancellation fee will be charged according to the above conditions plus an additional 40%.

No refund will be given for a cancellation made after the first third of the course.

Refunds are given within 14 work days from the date the written request was received at the mail from which the login data was sent.
