Delivery

Within Israel

• Courier delivery to your door (דואר שליחים) takes up to 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by SMS.
• You can also pick up your order at our Tel Aviv or Haifa offices.

International orders

• We send international orders by registered mail. Delivery can take up to 30 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981. Under this law, study books cannot be returned or exchanged. Items priced below 50 NIS are not eligible for a refund. See our returns procedure (in Hebrew).

Digital textbooks are available for the period specified in your order. Once a digital textbook has been ordered, it cannot be refunded, in full or in part.

Cancelling an online test package

An online test package can be cancelled within 5 calendar days of purchase, and only if it has not been used at all. Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving a written request sent to the email address from which your login details were sent. A cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price applies.

Psychometric preparation course

Enrollment, access to course materials and a seat in a group are confirmed only after payment at our offices or through our website.

Retaking or postponing the course

We know the psychometric exam is hard, and sometimes it has to be retaken. If you want to improve your score or move to a later course, contact us. We will do our best to find the right preparation plan for you and offer you a discounted price.

Cancelling the course and refunds

Course cancellation follows the Israeli law that regulates psychometric institutes, the Psychometric Institutes Supervision Law, 2008 (חוק הפיקוח על מכונים פסיכומטריים, התשס”ט-2008, full text in Hebrew).

A cancellation request must be submitted in writing and must be dated. For convenience, you can email it to the address from which you received your login details after enrolling.

Cancellation terms depend on when we receive your request

1. More than 30 days before the course starts: we deduct 5% of the course fee (if you paid by credit card), as well as the cost of the study materials and of access to our online materials (if you were sent a username and password), according to the prices published on our website.
2. Less than 30 days before the course starts, and no later than the first lesson: we deduct 10% of the course fee, plus an additional 5% if you paid by credit card. The cost of study materials and online access (if you were sent a username and password) is also deducted according to the published prices.
3. After the first lesson and before one third of the lessons have taken place: we deduct 40% of the course fee, plus an additional 5% if you paid by credit card.* The cost of study materials and online access (if you were sent a username and password) is also deducted according to the published prices.
4. If you ask to cancel after more than one third of the lessons have taken place, you are not entitled to a refund.
5. Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
6. If the course was paid for from your pikadon, the refund is returned to the same fund it came from.
7. If the course was paid for by credit card and then cancelled, we will notify the credit card company of the cancellation within 14 days. From then on, the timing and method of the refund are determined by the credit card company.

* Under the law, if you received a group enrollment discount, the deduction is 50% instead of 40%.
